RESERVATION

The reservation is made, via e-mail, and will be accepted only after the payment of a deposit equivalent of one night, for up to three nights, and 30% of the residence for more than three nights.

Always be notified via e-mail confirmation and the bank account IBAN on which make the transfer of the deposit.

A cancellation within 20 days of arrival will lose the deposit, if communicated before, will be entitled to reimbursement of 75% of the amount paid.

IMPORTANT

Upon arrival, together with the delivery of the keys must be paid the following cash payments:

• balance of the entire amount of the stay
• security equal to 50% of the total amount, which will be refunded on return of keys at the time of departure The apartment will be available between 14 am and must be vacated by 10 am.
